		Ladies Dormitory United Pentecostal Church-Texas District Lufkin, Texas   2001 Masterplan Phase I 36,000 sq. ft. dormitory featuring masonry walls, 8 restroom pods designed to be used independently, a large commons area, and washers and dryers.  The facility sleeps approximately 600 people.
		New Gymnasium/Activity Center Alabama-Coushatta Tribe Polk County, Texas  2000 19,485 sq. ft. Gymnasium with offices, locker rooms, exercise rooms, whirlpools, saunas, commons area, game room, kitchen and restrooms
		Kurth Memorial Library City of Lufkin Lufkin, Texas  2000 51,300 sq. ft. (15,000 sq. ft. reserved for future expansion) Library which features adult and youth reading collections, a youth activity center, private study cubicles, public computer access, genealogy services and public access spaces.  The facility also features a meeting room with a serving kitchen.
		Animal Control Facility City of Lufkin Lufkin, Texas  1999 Steel/Masonry exterior building with standing seam metal roof.  The building design Integrated specialized cleaning equipment into the structure and also facilitated space for families to view and choose a pet.  The new facility was designed to meet or exceed Texas Department of Health Standards.
		Solid Waste Facility City of Lufkin Lufkin, Texas  1999 Cost-effective, pre-engineered metal building design includes Training Room, Restrooms with Showers/Lockers, warehouse for containers and covered truck bay with sand/grease traps.  Goodwin-Lasiter strives to meet or exceed TCEQ/EPA requirements.
		Cotton Patch Cafe Lufkin, Texas  1995 4,550 sq. ft. facility which combined brick, wood, architectural metals and lighting to resemble an early Texas "small town diner."  The custom kitchen was outfitted with equipment to provide fast, efficient service, while maintaining a comfortable dining experience..
