		San Augustine Memorial Medical Center Memorial Medical Center of East Texas San Augustine, Texas  1998 Objective was to bring existing hospital into TDH Compliance.  Phase one was building new patient care center including laboratories, x-ray, emergency room, CCU, waiting area, nurses center and physical therapy.  Phase two was renovation of existing 65 year old building into support facilities including administration, billing, food service and home health.  Phase three was renovation of patient rooms with ADA modifications and isolation rooms.
